Nice place with trees, pretty quiet. We spent 1 night.

3rd.time here and still the same great place to get authentic Mexican food and atmosphere. We had 10. Quesadillas and 1.Coke and paid 220Pesos; Fish Tacos just Monday to Wednesday...so we’ll be there at Monday..4.th time😃

Not much more than water beer and crackers when we were here in January. FYI.

great hostel with nice ambient, very nice hosts. dorm 10000. close to Center, 5min walk. off street parking for motorbikes, 1 car, 1 motorhome, gate Is 3m wide

All as described and Ismael was as gracious and welcoming as always. We stayed over the 6 January holiday and he even gave us and our 2 children presents. Of note, to anyone wondering what 'small rig' means... we're in a LWB (170) Sprinter van and we only just made it in. The entrance was extremely difficult to squeeze through and Ismael had people out stopping traffic for us. You need nerves of steel to attempt it in anything this size! But it was so worth it to be close to the centre of beautiful Morelia. This is still a ridiculously cheap to park so please tip generously...

For Ethiopia quite a decent hotel, clean enough and nice hot showers. We stayed for 2 nights. Price for a double room is 250br.

Best feature is the courtyard for parking and the juice bar that is around the corner.

Clean hotel with basic facilities in the room, running shower (cold) and western toilet. Room is very big and had a fan as well. costs 15000 tsch

If you need some bread you should definitely go there. They are baking the bread just in front of you when you order it. Traditional one is 25000rials. Moreover it's open 24/7.

We had some diesel here but we needed to have a card from a truck driver who was asking 10000rials per liter...which it's still very cheap but unfair. We refused because we already pay double price when it's 6000 per liter...at the end he let us used his card for that price.

Very nice place to stay, quiet(Only animal sounds). No traffic.

Here you can find good quality diesel for modern cars (euro5 diesel)

nice gallery with hand made wood working, copper, painting, etc... same item that which you can find in tourist shop but here you can meet the artist directly.

Wild camp on the river coast, ideal for motor homes. Indicated as private property, but allowed to park provided that you don’t make fire here.

Be carefull, the dirt track become realy muddy if it rains!!! :-(

We asked at the tourist info to stay at the parking lot for the night - no problem. Was very quiet during the night and there were other Overlanders and a truck as well.

Pretty noisy. Right by the water. Tons of space. We weren’t the only ones sleeping there. Water dispenser inside.

There are countless options along the road between Copacabañita and Quillacas - just leave the main road (which is paved all the way and in quite good condition) towards the lake (several tracks lead there) - the surface was quite firm even in January (might change in Feb/Mar/April) and you’ll find yourself surrounded by only Llamas,Alpacas&Vicuñas, no one else around and great 360-views. BTW the road is a good option when travelling from Sajaman to Uyuni and there are several nice villages with basic options to buy food - no other facilities.

Only few parking spots. WiFi is horrible, no signal outside the shop and even inside too slow to load anything. Bathrooms simple but clean.

Not possible to go there anymore. The road is closed to the viewing point. The big road is still open, but if you come from the north after the Loberia there’s no viewing point anymore except the private one in the south end.

Good parking to stay overnight. Nice view to torres. Some spots with wind protection. Very clean toilets.

Very basic facilities but great host! Perfect first stop in Gambia. Price was donation based. Ask locals to find once close.

Very nice place right at the water with beautiful view. Friendly owner, warm water, real campsites with firepits not just a big parking lot like others nearby, did‘nt use wi-fi. Paid 100 Pesos per night for 2 people and 1 van. Absolutely recommended.

we took the north entrance and stayed on top of the cliffs. We had no wind but could get very windy. lot's of bird life. Had a pod of dolphins hanging around and saw a group of seals playing and jumping out of the water. Amazing primitive spot.

Beautiful views of river and mountains. Friendly owner. Hot showers (hint: shower knobs need to be turned on more than expected) 10000CLP for two.

We had a great experience on this camping site. It's clean, with hot shower, trees to protect from the wind and a plus: the sunset is amazing! We paid 300 pesos a day for 4 people + 1 car (if you stay there, you don't need to pay extra for shower). On weekends it's opened from 10am to 8pm and during the week from 7am to midnight (you need to get there while it's opened).
Tip: the "circuito costeiro" from "Playa la mina" to San Julian worth the gravel road!

Great place. Numerous options for camping along the road. Once off 78, you will pass two junctions, follow the signs to Hawk Canyon. Dead quiet. Nice scenery. No t-mobile service at the camp spot, but if walk back out the road 5 minutes there is LTE service.
