Llegamos en medio de semana la playa estaba sola, es una playa tranquila y segura, la limpieza de la playa deja mucho que desear, encuentras servicio de duchas y sanitarios, nos estacionamos al lado del Rancho Margarita el dueño del lugar. Don Francisco muy amable , en su propiedad tiene parqueo a $20 Quetzales, tuvimos acceso a sus baños y agua potable para llenar tanques. hay un tortuga tío, de noche si tienes suerte puedes ver las tortugas que llegan a desovar. debes hacer tu mandado antes de llegar ya que solo encontrarás tiendas pequeñas lugares de venta de comida y bebidas.
La carretera de acceso para llegar los primeros kilómetros pavimento deteriorado y el resto unos 16 kilómetros más es de carretera de terracería algunas partes mejores que otras.

Trailhead with parking lot, picnic tables and a little lake. Gorgeous views of Trinity too! Look out for the sneaky foxes around here, but it’s quiet and a bit less windy than closer to the lighthouse.

For being in a city, it's pretty good. Great walking in the park. The spot marked in ioverlander is unlimited parking all days. There are a few blocks of this on both sides of the road. A bit further south you get restrictions on Wed and Sat, but the rest is ok. We had no problem finding a spot, but it does fill up by evening. Gets quieter overnight, but still traffic at times.

Free municipal park, you can enter with vehicles, there are bathrooms, drinking water, barbecue pits, tables and more amenities, you can enter with pets

The motorhome area is set up on a 2400m2 site offering 19 pitches including a special heavy truck pitch (18 places in 8m maxi + 1 place 12m)
The squares are separated by rosemary hedges which deliciously perfume the atmosphere.
Access to the area is controlled by a 24-hour reception machine allowing you to enter and leave the area at your ease, while ensuring you a place on your return

Visa opening at 9:00. Took me 30min Turkey and 3h Irak side.

I texted them, and owners told me 400$ per adult, but just for stay during the day, they doesn't allow camp for the night... (pandemic?)

Nice big quiet parking lot. We stayed 2 nights with our trailer. Planned on 3 nights but in the morning after second night somebody from the trout club came and told us we can’t camp here and need to leave. He said the parking lot is on private land and intended for overnight hikers of the long trail.

we spent an evening parked around the roundabout, at final third spot and slept well but were unfortunately talked to by a park ranger in the morning. she told us they are not allowing overnighters but made an exception for us. Would recommend not using this location for any further overnights, but would still recommend checking it out! as it's a beautiful spot.

quiet spot just out of view of the main parking lot for the hoodoos. far enough from the road the cars going by are bairly audible but close enough to the parking lot the outhouses are just a few minute walk away.

quiet spot up the hill from a timmies and most amenities but fairly quiet. had a few other folks stay here the night I did but enough room we could all be spread out. fairly steep short hill getting up but doable with 2wd

Stayed here 2 nights no problems. Did not see any signs anywhere to indicate. A couple other RVs stayed as well.

Everything nice and clean, helpful service.
We had our own ablutions, but power was off .
We paid 260 for 2 pax, with pensioner discount

Gravel parking area on a Wildlife Management area.

Don’t park at the gym end, you can’t get wifi and the security from the gym tries to charge you 200 pesos to stay for the night.

Whoever said it’s another gringo Walmart couldn’t be further from accurate. It is as Mexican/Spanish as it gets.

we slept here without trouble. this is the location of the tidal pool.

Awesome flat clearing in the woods, large enough for many vehicles. It is the end of September when I came in here, it's been hot, and hasn't rained in days and there are still 2 decently large mud/puddles you have to drive through. so I suspect these mud holes are here almost all of the time. I made it through with my silverado in 2wd, but the only reason I attempted was because I knew I had 4wd to fall back on. I wouldn't attempt if you only have 2wd. Great spot though. 1-2 bars Verizon.

nice people, nice place. but hot water in washer did not work. had to put $2 in dryer to get it to start. would not recommend for washing clothes

Spot is pleasantly quiet and still a bargain at N$150. Firewood, mini bar and a pool at clients disposal.

Great stop, easy $12 cash self pay. Really nice park, quiet, safe, chill.

Large campsite with lots of spots and group spots. Picnic tables, grills, bathroom. Lots of thorns on the ground. $25 a night, you pay on the city website, or you can visit the camp host and do it on their tablet. Camp host was very nice. Some RVs but I'm not sure if there's hookups - doesn't look like it. Good cell service.

There is a kiosk with forest service maps showing the areas to camp. Turn north up road 223 and there is a pit toilet. Continue past and there are a lot of campsites.

This is a parking lot in the entrance of the town, it is very wide and has a comfortable field. At night is closed and the person in charge lives in front. We stayed there two nights and everything was perfect. The cost was 5.000 COP per night. Felt safe.

Es un parqueadero a la entrada del pueblo, tiene un campo amplio con un pasto muy cómodo. En las noches se cierra el parqueadero y la persona a cargo vive al frente. Nos sentimos muy seguros y pasamos dos noches muy tranquilas. El costo fue de 5.000 pesos por noche.
