Campground is safe and well spaced, right off the main road. Lots of campsites, toilets (squat only) to use, and no showers. There is a bar that serves drinks and was playing the football and the owner is very friendly.

There is a little road noise from the trucks going past at night, but much quieter if you camp up at the back of the campsite.

They are in the process of digging a well to have water available for showers and more toilets.

Nice hide overlooking waterhole and open plain

At the edge of the casino sits another lot that appears to be used for the casino or the bank. Nice dark corner at the edge - super quiet minimal road noise. Works perfect for the night.
Next to Walmart. We grabbed groceries and wasn’t sure about their lot since there weren’t any RVs around at all. This lot is super quiet verses Walmarts busy area.

Gas station located next to Illani Casino has free potable water from a spigot at pump #19.

Picnic area with several covered tables. Easy access with normal vehicles. There are no greater facilities. It is possible to get water from the lake, which is 20 meters from this area. There is no indication that prohibits camping, I only stayed one night in a tent.

They asked for 70.000 ush for a double room. Looked nice and clean, but as we just wanted to sleep and it was already late we went to neighbour Guesthouse.

Prices as described. We didn’t trust the hot water system as the water felt electric when you switched on the heater 😅

Still here, still 15 soles for room with shared bathroom. Right on the Plaza, very convenient. Very basic but a bed and a bathroom is all you need right?

Private room and bathroom for 350 ZAR ppn. Seems neat. Bicycle fits easily inside the room.

We stayed in the street ( 57 ave) behind the Canadian Tire since the parking lot at Cabela’s was full where they say to park.

The street is wide and quiet. There were a few other rigs and trucks

Good signal and walking distance from a lot of store and close spot to the airport if you need to pick up someone !

Just a rest area. Did not check out the washroom conditions as we are self sufficient. Not a lot of other choices and will do to sleep one night .

Large forested state campground. Not busy even on Father’s Day weekend. Over 200 sites with power, gravel level spot, fire ring and picnic table. Some spots are spacious others drive thru for big RVs. Check in online 3 days in advance or stop by the camp host. $20/ day.

We stayed a couple of nights at Arrowhead campground. It is fully reservable, but often in off season and shoulder season there are sites with one night or one or two nights available. It’s small- about 16 sites which are all back in towards Green Lake and offset just nicely so that everyone gets a view rather than just look at the side of your neighbour’s RV. It’s very open, so there isn’t much privacy between sites. Very easy access to the lake shore which is great for launching paddle boards or kayaks. There are 4 outhouses centrally located and a hand pump water station with a boil water notification. Management was very friendly and helpful. The only downside we found was the picnic tables are in very dire need of refinishing. They are probably some of the worst kept we’ve run across in any BC provincial campground or BC forestry sites.

After trying out +5 spots in Bodrum this one is the best. Paving stone, shade, quite and near downtown.

Very noise at season in June. No good sleep!

Camping R150pppn, mostly level, 220v plug point, ablutions with hot water from donkey (wood provided). Drinking water from a rain water tank. Fairly protected from the wind.

WiFi was only available when there wasn't staying in the nearby accommodation (Smithy). Virtually no Vodacom or MTN reception.
Wood available for purchase. No Braai grids.

Loads of wet cow patties everywhere made site selection "interesting".

A very nice spot just off of the main forest Road. The road was very smooth. Any vehicle could make it. So far we have seen no other vehicles. We have 2 to 3 bars of 5G ATT. There was a bit of trash in the area. It does have a nice fire ring that has been well established. I would highly recommend this location. We are in a 24 foot class B camper van.

Lovely place 3 minutes from the large main square. Excellent solution with dorms and single rooms. Really nice manager like all the staff, they make you feel at home. Possibility to park the bike inside the atrium.

Popular spot on a Saturday night 5 or 6 other cars there with us but we had no issues. Several people came early on Sunday morning as it is a popular hike to the falls. woodsy and felt safe.

E walking paths, a playground, picnic tables, covered bridge and a lookout tower. Energency call buttons. Appears to be mosy used by trucks. I74 seems to be lightly used in this area.

Beautiful pull off of FR 287. There’s three spots here big enough for two vehicles, but I don’t recommend RVs or larger rigs. Spots have fire rings and very little trash so people are picking up after themselves. Well, except the fire ring. I arrived and the fire ring was still smoking from the last visitors. I placed some dry wood on it and it smoked right away and then lit fire. People, put out your fires. Also, as expected, there was some brass rounds scattered around from recent target shooting. I picked all that up plus additional trash. Overall, beautiful spot with the sound of a running creek beside you. One tip, bring bug spray like OFF or stronger for the biting flies. I will definitely return here.

Love this National Forest Campsite. Small, quiet, no water but vault toilet clean. We didnt have a reservation but was able to find a deserted campsite due to cold temperatures. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for cyclists. Good atmosphere, spot to camp with bathroom (hot showers) and Wi-Fi. What’s else?

I can dry my clothes because they got wet with the fog. Bomberos have been receiving visitors since 2018, they tell me that they usually arrive two per week.
