fl.vanstraten | Nice and quiet but the next morning the ‘forrest guide’ told us that it is a prived property. So it was actually not allowed to camp there. |

Baluaufweltreise.wordpress.com | We stayed one night without problems. There was a policeofficer, but we don't know if he stayed all night. On Wednesday not to much noise. In the morning we asked a policeofficer, if we can fill our watertank at the tap and she said yes. |

stephanopoly | Great open space where lots of people can park with plenty of space between. we enjoyed a nice quiet night here. However I wouldn't recommend parking here if it rains, it gets muddy. |

To where the road ends | Found this place on the way up the gravel Road. Very large flat area overlooking the valley, surrounded by mountains. No service but great place for a free camp. Can get far away from road at the very tip. Super tranquil. Weak cell signal (vivo). |

Tucks' Truck | Friendly and very peaceful place. Cabañas look very nice, new and European Alpine style, but they charged 100pesos for 2 of us to park-up in our truck, which is a bit high for what it is. We park-up down near the restaurant where there was reasonable wi-fi until they switched it off at 20:00 hrs. Near the reception cabaña is a bathroom/shower with hot and cold taps, but we didn't use it. We bought some delicious trout straight out of the farm pond and cooked it. |

Family with 2 toddlers in a campervan | 20.000 for 2 in a campervan, kids free. Campings further from town are less expensive. Showers good. Fenced of from beach but it has a gate which can be opened by the guards on the roadside. Call (or get) them to get it opened for you. |

Adriaan&Isabelle | Marcello is a great host. He takes care of his campground with meticular care and it shows. He offered cellphone based WiFi - not the fastest, but good enough to check mail. (I really appreciated it because he has to pay for that metered connection.) The price is 8500 per person, but we were offered a discount because we got here using ... iOverlander! |
