A small cove (very small), separated from the sea by rocks. At the deepest point it is up to the waist. Sometimes the bottom is sandy, sometimes it can be very rocky, depending on how the sea fills it. Ideal for children. In summer there are many caravans along and around the coast.

Bakarlaka falls in the municipality of Sozopol, Ravadinovo village. It is located about 10-15 km from the town of Sozopol and can be reached by well-marked paths and asphalt road. By car you pass through the village of Rosen. It is 20 km southwest of Bourgas. One option to get there is to go to Sozopol to turn right from the Otmanli area at the Strandzha hut, and the other is through the village of Atia, which is located to the right of the Burgas Naval Base.
Bakarlaka is an attractive tourist destination because of the beautiful nature combined with the mystery of the ancient fortress and settlement. The area is especially beautiful in early spring, when lilac and linden trees begin to bloom and fill the old oak forests with a wonderful aroma, as well as when you can see the rare species of tulips, for which the protected area is declared.

It is located 10 km from the town of Ardino. It passes through the city. The road is narrow. But very well paved, without holes. And numerous turns. Normal for a mountain road. When you approach the place you can park your car and continue on foot for about 700 m. Or try to get there with your vehicle. To see the bridge up close, a fee of BGN 2 / person is paid. The Devil's Bridge is a truly amazing architectural achievement of the 5th century. It has not undergone any structural repairs since its inception. A magical place. Worth!!!

Before the beginning of the village of Miykovtsi and along the river Borushtitsa, south of the sign of the village, there are recreation areas with benches, tables and barbecues. The places are an attractive destination for vacationers, especially during the summer months.

What attracts people are the clean cool mountain air, the song of the birds and of course - the river, where in summer you can swim. Many wild herbs grow in the area, which are clean due to the lack of pollutants and which are ideal for home use. The village of Miykovtsi is a paradise for children. It is no coincidence that children's camps, green schools and small and large attractions are made there.

The folks here are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They installed a base plate on our Smart Car, wired it and installed the battery disconnect. Their prices are reasonable and they are thorough with their work and explanations. Highly recommend. Ask for Steve - he will take care of you!

Bonus: They also fill propane here and there’s a free dump station!

No sign on the main road but the campsite is well located on the map. We got there last minute, sent a message to Samuel on WhatsApp then later a Maasai named Lesikar came and stayed around during the night for security. In the morning we went to his boma and saw the mama taking milk from the goats. It was quite nice and they were really sympathetic. He spoke a bit of English. The campsite is really nicely located on top of the mountain with beautiful views of many mountains such as Meru, Kilimanjaro, Ol Donyo Lengai and Ngorongoro. We paid 30,000 tzs for 2 people + 10,000tzs for the Maasai. Totally recommended! Great network coverage with Vodacom, even has 4G.

For India this seems a very shanti spot. Some friendly locals guided me onto the beach and seemed to know what I came for. Very friendly and unobtrusive. Fishermen can bring you fish and the seemingly popular (fermented?) date tree juice. Bring food and hammock. Mind the tide. Better Airtel signal the more towards Nargol.

Good place for one night. Lots of shadow, and bathroons ok. Nothing fancy, but fair for a gas station.

The military appeared and told us it's not safe (but not why) and escorted us to a near police station. We travelled in the winter and almost got stuck in the mud and snow. But it's a beautiful view...

Large conservation area of the cerrado. There is really not much to know in this NP without a guide, except for two self-guided trails.
The area of the camping is under renovation, so they are not allowing the overnight stay inside the park. There are bathrooms with shower, 220v power and potable water available. We spent the day and didn't pay tickets to access the free area. The tapir still lives there and is super sweet. No cell phone coverage and Wifi was not available.

Nice campground. We stay here when we drive through Monterey. Not much free camping in this area. Cost has gone up to $40 per site. Kind of expensive for a small basic campground but it has flush toilets and hot showers included.
