They offer camping again at the bottom of their garden. Braai and wash facilities available. No self catering kitchen so make sure you can Braai or have a gas cooker. In the middle of renovating the communal and bar area which should be done in a couple of months.

There is a spot where we parked, it’s near from Puerto Pañuelo and Llao Llao Hotel. We were the only car parked. Very quiet.

Two big abandoned buildings next to the road to Termas de Colina. Those buildings are meant for cattle, so they are not really clean...
You can shelter from the wind, inside the stone one-storey buildings pr even next to eall, in a tent or a vehicle.
Amazing star-gazing location.
No amenities.
500m before reaching this point from Baños Morales I got 3G from ENTEL on my phone.

Followed signs when passing through town and stumbled on this little campsite. Paved spots for parking RVs, water and electric hook ups. Dump and fill station at entrance and porto-potty in center. On a small quiet lake. The area was a bit muddy but we were passing through after a storm. Rating system was not working on the app but would definitely recommend stopping here if you are passing through town and looking for somewhere to camp. We were happy to accidentally stumble on this location.

We went just a little beyond the GPS coordinates of this spot and found a road into BLM. We ended up parking at the front of the road since it’s winter and we didn’t see anyone else around. Stayed for two nights, very windy area but nice and quiet.

Remote spot on a lake. Fire ring and bathrooms. Overnight parking is allowed in the Little White River Recreation Area - you can check out the website https://www.fws.gov/refuge/Lacreek/visit/plan_your_visit.html

It's part of the Lacreek Wildlife Refuge. There's a sign by the turn off down the dirt road. It's quite muddy and a little windy, but there is a bit of shelter from the wind behind the cedar trees.

Stayed half a night. Signs say no parking midnight to 6am, though I saw several other spots in town with the same signs that had RVs parked overnight. A few RVs and other vehicles were parked here, but I happen to be up when a cop came around at 2am. Stopped behind me for a few seconds but didn't do anything (maybe because I hadn't been there before - he might have been writing down my plate number?) but he then proceeded to stop at a few other vehicles and give them tickets. I left and parked on Woodrow Ave instead so that he wouldn't have a chance to change his mind about giving me a ticket as well.

There's a bit of noise from a main road nearby, but it's reasonably quiet, for a parking lot. I stayed here in my little van camper and didn't have any issues.

Well, we did sleep, just overnight stop for us on our way north. It is beautiful. We sadly searched out this jewel after dark on a Sunday. The dot for this is at the opposite end of the landing zone, so the camping is south end as described. Call ahead, we didn’t and wish we did. The streets are skinny. We did see a Koa on rt 11 just north of here. Super beautiful. The parasailing and hang gliding sounds like so much fun.

Been staying here about a week. Lovely place to camp out. You do have to pay a fee to get into the park, unless you have a National park pass, but camping itself is free and you can fill your water up and empty your waste tanks for free at a dump station in front of the Malaquite RV Campground, you don’t have to be staying there. There are cold rinse showers and flush toilets at the Visitor Center. The visitor center and its plumbing is currently closed, however, due to the winter storm a few days ago. I expect it’ll open up again soon once the local power and water utilities are back up. At the entrance to South Beach are pit toilets and dumpsters, and also the self-registration station which you are supposed to leave vehicle information. I neglected to do this my first night, but no one bothered me. Plenty of campers here for the first 10 miles, but also plenty of space between. Despite pamphlets and signs saying the first 5 miles are accessible to 2-wheel drive vehicles, I found that it starts to get tough at about mile 3, and I almost got stuck at mile 4, even with a 4-wheel drive truck (though I was pulling a low-clearance trailer). I didn’t try to venture beyond this, except on foot. I hiked all the way out to Little Shell Beach, at about the 11.3 mile mark, and was disappointed by the beach combing. It was just about the same, if not worse, than the rest of the beach. Still lovely, though. And more secluded.

Big fuel station with a lot of trucks that spend the night here. There is also a 24h dinner. We spent 2 night here, and it was safe.

Grande posto de combustível com vários caminhões passando a noite. Também tem uma lanchonete 24h. Passamos duas noites aqui e foi bem seguro.
