outintonowhere | Nice spot next to the river for a different flavor than those north of town. Best option for getting in the water. Fairly windy. Not big rig friendly and a bit of a leveling jigsaw but ended up nice and even. Tigo LTE |

chris.mike.welch | This is a gravel parking lot for public Utah Lake access. It is slightly slanted away from the road but otherwise flat. There is room for 6-8 small and medium vehicles. It would be best for a van or small class B. There are no signs indicating no overnight parking and I was unable to find anything about it online. I stayed for an afternoon and overnight. It was a popular sunset spot, but all the cars left after that. The road was busy and fast, but I didn't hear any cars after about 10:00pm. There is a nice rocky beach on the shore of the lake with several fire pits. Awesome spot with beautiful sunset and sunrise. Also a cool view of Provo at night. Good cell signal with Verizon. |

moandjim | 6 sites. We loved it. All filled by 4 PM on a Monday and Tuesday. 40 minutes from Pinnacles but way nicer the park campground. We saw the enthusiastic ranger (the “Lone Ranger” Scott) on our arrival, who shared a lot about the area and supplied multiple pamphlets and maps and told us that weekends are very crowded and target shooting is common. Very quiet first night and second when the lone generator was turned off. Great amenities with covered pad for picnic table and fire ring. Clean vault toilet. We hiked almost to the falls first day - 5 miles out and back. Beautiful area. There is also some dispersed camping not too far off if you have good clearance and don’t plan as a jump to Pinnacles. Couldn’t check out campground a mile farther on bc road was flooded and we didn’t want to risk it in our Promaster. No cell service for miles. 12 miles of winding moderately potholed asphalt off 25 to get there. |

Mostly quiet with occasional late night visitors smokin some kush. Overall a great park an location. |

vu.huy0 | Seems like the only place to find a purified water dispenser in town. Inside Walmart, soon after the entrance on the right, before the gate. $0.29/gal. Was instructed by Walmart associate the code to the self-check out station for refill is “9510” and then quantity in gallons. |

Simbali-Expedition | we stay 3 nights, we ask the police so we were sure we can open our rooftop tent. They were very friendly and they said we can open it from 22.00 'till 7:00. There is WiFi from the museum, security cameras, police going around. It's located at a very nice neighborhood, many people going to the park next to the museum for running. |

sophienagel | Great place to spend a couple nights! No problem at all with homeless people like the last person said. But it is uneven and I barely got my 25 ft RV in there. There are trees right where you don't want them when manevuring an RV. But other than that a great time in a fabulous park. Also I was walking around the park and it looks like there were old RV sites up by the upper parking for the amphither. There was electrical and water outlets like a regular campground but they are probably turned off. |

Alex | This part of the "Hole in the Rock" area is managed by the Bureau of Land Management. The road in was very heavily wash board so it was slow traveling and the road in is wide enough for any size RV. There were no toilets where our group camped and plenty of room for any size RV, just be careful of some soft sand areas. We had 2 bars on our cell phone at this location service was Verizon and AT&T. Vaulted toilet toilets are at the main attractions like the "Dance Hall", "Devils Garden" and "Peek a Boo" trail. Also note that this is a highly used road till you get to the Glen Canyon boundary. |

Onwheels | If you want to drive to the north coast and if you would like to bypass Mombasa, you can take the C107 in Mariakani, which leads you to the B8 just before Kilifi. The whole route is tarred and currently in good condition, except for the through-town of Mariakani. The "Mombasa Cement" trucks drive through the C107 too. |
