Just tried this and water was shut off. Probably for winter.

Quite a lot of people when I stayed, but the bushes helped give more privacy. Was very quiet at night, but there were some guns and ATV’s in the distance during the day. Nothing too bad tho. I found a spot next to the cattle pens that brought in 2-3 bars of T-Mobile 5G. Area is located 10 minutes outside of Santa Fe and about 80 from the Jemez mountains. Excellent views. There’s a fenced in dog run up the road.

small pull off on a decent forest road. Good for a night, or two.

Very nice camp host that checked us in. $12 to park in the parking lot for dry camping in our camper van. Restrooms are pretty dirty but can’t complain on the cost and only a short drive to the redwood forest. Cute farm town that’s very quite.

This road has multiple turnouts as well as established camp sites with picnic tables, fire rings, and pit toilets. We stayed for one nice and it was nice and quiet. Seem to be a lot of long term campers calling this place home but they were all friendly. No issues and it’s free so was a great stop on our road trip.

nameless...up 8 dollar road..there's a few free campsites on the river. closed in the winter but a ton of campsites in the woods on the BLM roads and off road turn outs..very cool, very free 42.24076, -123.69019

Arrived quite late and the owner received us. We negotiate the price but no factura. As mention before great room, safe parking space and hot shower.

Easy access spot. There was a bit of a bump at the cattle guard but someone filled it with rocks. We were able to drive over with our 20 VW RIALTA. Got here late and it was super quiet. Found a nice flat spot.

1305 S Lone Hill Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. NW corner of the Home Depot parking. Call (909) 592-0691 to ask for permission. They will let you park overnight for one night only. Keep it clean so they continue to allow us there. Within walking distance of Starbucks and other fast food restaurants. Most cities to the west of here have anti-RV and overnight parking ordinances making this one of the first locations going eastbound and one of the last going westbound.

Wonderful campsite, only 13 km from the A109 and still in the wilderness. Impalas, giraffes and the "red" elephants from Tsavo East roam around the campsite. The toilets and showers are mediocre, but usable. Beautiful old trees with lots of shade, but also more open areas. We stood here for 2 nights.

Of the 10 or so crackle barrel restaurants this one was at the bottom. Very hard to find a level spot! And the ones that were a huge class a motorhome was parked across several spots and two of them ran their generators all night. My advice keep driving if you can!

So we were maybe the fourth here this year. The land 'owner' came to ask who we were etc and then said ok to camp. He asked for tea money next morning and we gave him KSH 100. Very quiet night.

Very secluded spot right at the edge of a cliff overlooking Waterville lake and i40. Came up Wilkins Creek road entrance just down and across from the welcome center. Very technical to get to and very tight roads. Definitely not for BIG rigs or trailers. Made it in our first gen tundra. Need clearance and 4x4. Nice big fire pit with grill, great view. Some noise from highway but very private, use the satellite view from google maps and you’ll find your way. Full bars of metro and at&t

As described. We were all alone and had a quiet restful night of sleep. Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 3:00 pm on Sundays so we missed out on the BBQ.

Awesome. so many camping spots. at the largest turn out, you can go further down and find even better/more secluded, but signal is much weaker. road gets very rough, but I took it slow in my sprinter 170ext (not 4x4), did just fine.

40 pesos p/p camping

Restaurant food is very poor. Don’t waste your money. Also, they tried to overcharge me on the number of beers. Poor service overall. Campground is unkept.

Come here only for the cheap tent camping. Only a few level spots for vehicle camping.

Nice campground. The nearby ruins are def worth checking out. Water was shut off, so we couldn't fill our tanks. No luck with an ATT signal, and with the WeBoost we barely got a little 3G, but it was hardly usable.

There are an insane amount of dogs in this town. I did not get bit. Sticking to the main roads helps, but either way you'll hear their concert ringing out all through the night.

We visited on 03/27/21. Beautiful campsite near Vila Progresso in Vera Cruz-RS, plenty of shade and trees. Great place for children, it has lakes, lawns, playground, soccer field and places for fishing. The infrastructure has bathrooms, showers, churrasqueiras, water and electricity points. It doesn't have large space for camping but the owner allows tents and RVs. It has Wifi in area near the reception.
