Big parking of Walmart , good for one night.

Worked great! Stop in the lot to use bathrooms etc then pull thru to the dump at the end of the rest area (otherwise you have to backtrack).

Fairly flat spot by the side of the Fire Service Rd, if you are camping in your vehicle/camper. Some little rocks to one side. Enough space for a 24ft rig. Turn around may be tricky, unless you can go straight downhill and exit at the other end of the Fire Service Rd. (Haven't scouted this part)
Slightly uneven/bumpy for camping in tent, unless you move further along the same spot onto the grassy patch.
Quiet spot. No shade during morning-early afternoon hours.
ATT LTE 1-3bars. LTE Internet is fair to slow depending on your phone orientation.

Nice and clean big test area near casino. Highway noise is not so close so I’d sleep here again.

The only thing I’ll add is that this place is sometimes called White horse Hot Springs. There was good Verizon service here

Camping in the back of the lawn, two party tents in the front. Some locals come here to have a drink and listen to (loud) music. Relatively noisy even on weekdays during the evening. Traffic noise, guests, mosque and guests in the party tent. Soft ground during the rainy season. Then BigRigs beware. At the entrance there is a hanging power line (approx. 3.80m). Reception very friendly and helpful. BigRigs Beware of the access road: low-hanging branches of trees, but you can avoid it.

Super happy with this place. Clean bathrooms, clean machines, free WiFi. Dumpster on the side of building to dispose of trash bag.

Lovely place with lots of room at the beach. Dust devils dancing in the dry lake, only a trickle of a river goes through the center. Tons of driftwood for campfire. Nice and quiet!

Amazing waterfall . Nice place to stay around a tree. We overnight at the parking lot. we had the most beautiful sky in our lives. millions of stars 💫🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great spot! A bit trashed but I cleaned it up. If you follow the sharp turn you end up at a super private little driveway with a fire ring. Great ATT service.

Camping on the south side is durty , everyone kept themselves. Quiet.

Camped here thinking we were close to Dinosaur Nat Mon. Long climb thru the park & out the other end. No Dinos! Remote & quiet with 360’ views. Cold in May. Fire ring. Camped her the night en route yo Dinosaur Nat Monument. NOTE!!! : there no Dino fossils on Colorado side, they are all on Utah side just outside Jensen!! 3 bars 4G

20+ miles of gravel roads to access.

Remote camping allowed as part of the BLM Sunstone Collection Area. 3 or 4 established sites at the entrance that have fire pit and metal sun shelters.

Lots of dispersed locations on the extensive two track road system. Roads past the entrance parking lot are generally not suitable for passenger cars.

The big draw is the numerous sunstones which are found on the surface. Small, perhaps smaller than a dime an be found.

Long distance views, exceptionally quiet unless military jets are training in the area.

No water, poor cell service

Private mining claims border a portion of the area. Signs are posted to project private props.

this is a large dirt parking lot on national forest land. I did not get the permit and gate code to go inside the trails (roads) but I saw others do so. there is 14 day camping allowed inside for sure inside the gate. there are not any no camping or no overnight parking signs at the lot. lots of mt bikers here everyone morning and evening. slept in the car no problems. not a super flat parking lot but there are flat enough spots. also all along the main road around here there are pulloffs where people park to bike if all you want is a place to sleep and are not concerned with "camping".

A nice campground if you are looking for a place to park with amenities. It has firewood and ice for sale, hot showers, flush toilets, fire rings and tables at all sites. We were there mid-week in May, and it was packed. The spots are all on top of each other, so you are camping very close to neighbors. There is also no cell reception despite being so close to Bend.

Spent 8 nights right by the beach. The 1st night I arrived late, and parked on the right side of the road, in front of a restaurant and yoga place. In the morning the owner showed me the yellow curb, and asked me to move for that, but it was clear that if I had moved back a couple of meters but remained at his side, he wasn’t going to be happy...
Moved to the other side, right after the parking gate of a hotel. No one bothered, but about 3 people asked if nobody had said anything...
Police never came. Best place on the Island. Some people come to the beach during the night, if that bothers you. I sleep like a champ 🙏.
No services at all. Bathrooms at the ferry, about 5 min walk.

perfect little spot! 14day limit, spotty AT&T service. accessible with any vehicle via a well-maintained forest road. pit toilets, fire pits, picnic tables. and it’s free!

Get your rig washed up by hand. Sprinter van about $35.

stayed in upper lot. no issue getting there with rented campervan. cell signal was marginal even with signal booster.

Decent sized and levelish site. Nice views. Easy access off road. The road is very good to this point. We are able to get usable ATT LTE using a very strategically placed Netgear antenna on a Nighthawk portable router.

The lake is Rawn Reservoir. Super secluded spot, great photo opportunities across the water, especially in the evening, and before sunrise. Visited with 22' Transit-based Coachmen Class B - about the comfortable max size.

Infortunately Cornie passed away unexpected in April - RIP.
His wife Tina does continue to run the place with help from the family. We stayed at this beautiful place before and are very happy that it is still open, still beautiful, well kept, the cold beer is still available and the tame porcipine is still there We enjoyed our two nights

Indeed a beautiful place with a spring who runs all year. Pool for a refreshing dip Please keep the place clean and take all your rubbish with you.

Gorgeous place. Calm when I got there but overnight the wind really kicked up, plus rain. Foghorn at the nearby lighthouse went off a lot overnight as well, so not much sleep. I love it here, but be aware that weather can turn quickly here on the Bay of Fundy. Also: pack out your trash! I cleaned up the site before leaving. Poop bags around! These sorts of things continuing to be left behind will close places like this to us.
