Don’t forget your ear plugs! Parking is on the south side, under the underpass. I’m a light sleeper but the noise is doable, even car camping with the windows cracked, with ear plugs and some white noise. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. The area is patrolled and monitored. Some folks showed up causing a ruckus (just using the parking, not staying) and within 5 minutes, probably less, the security was there. Several other folks there from RVs to schoolies.

I saw one of the local black bears, as I was driving in, keep your camp bear safe.

Nice parking to sleep at night, it was quiet and we have met another van.

I didn't read the latest comment, yes price now is N$ 250 pp for foreigners, so we came but didn't enter.

right on the river, primitive camping, pit toilets, no water, but beautiful and quiet!

Nice little recreation site, 6 or 7 camp sites on a great little lake, no motor boats allowed on Lake. All of the mosquitoes!

There is benzine and gas here but no diesel.

Nice staff, we stay one night under the roof near the store and was quite good.
The showers has the heater damaged so we couldnt take it.

Called and they advised overnight camping is fine.

We were very happy to have found this place as there was no other camping parks available! It is a first-come with no reservations. Perfect. It cost us 45$ without electricity. There is free dumping for campers, water taps around, free hot showers. It does the trick! Many spaces were available.

Great park, nice pull through sites, plenty of room and trees between sites. Off the road and quiet. Owner is very friendly and we had a great time here.

Great place to stop in our opinion. We could park on their campground. Has pire pits, electricity, sinks, and playground for the kids. Toilets at the gasstation, and free wifi.
Not very loud at night.
No showers though.
Paid 500 per night per car.
