Ok to stay overnight. People around during evening, friendly.

Expensive and dirty place ! 35 soles for one little bed for 2 peoples, the matrimonial room is at 100 soles(there's nothing inside. ..). All is dirty ! The shower is above the turkish toilets. But you don't have choice it's the only place in the city where you can sleep. The owner makes fun of us ...
If you can sleep in an other city, do it 😊

Crossing from Ouzbekistan to Turkmenistan. On the Ouzbek side, easy and fast crossing (30min) with friendly guys. On the Turkmen side, nobody at the border but 2h to cross!!! Not friendly customs and a lot of documents to fill.
We payed :
- 103$ for the car (little van).
- 12$ for the dog.
Be carefull the bank accept only the "New" dollars

description is true and fair. nice spot with moderate traffic during Xmas and new year. Good to spend a couple of days. and its really fitting very big rigs as well.

Fixing the windshield of the car from cracks

The building itself is very nice, with paintings on the ceilings and walls. If you want to try very good ice cream it’s a good place. They have a great variety and also ice cream on sticks (looks very delicious!). Not the cheapest but worth it. We shared a 0.5 kg pot with 4 different flavors. It was 250 Pesos I think. They also have smaller sizes but as they use styrofoam pots it doesn’t melt too fast.

This cool restaurant serves burgers, tacos and empanadas. Also great for vegetarians! We ordered two burgers and Hummus with Pita and it was absolutely delicious. You can inside or in the backyard. It’s wheelchair friendly. We paid 560 pesos together which is very cheap for this good quality. The only card they accept is Visa. Best burgers we had so far in South America!

Wifi password still the same. Not a 24h gas station, so the bathrooms are closed between 11 pm and 6 am. Silent during the night and enough space to park.

Came here to get my Triumph Tiger 800 serviced as I make my way south through the Americas. Can’t recommend the place highly enough. They performed the service as expected but also fixed a whole bunch of other small problems without even being asked.

When I got the bike back it has been stripped down and given the deepest clean of its entire life. Exactly what was needed after a few days on the Salar de Uyuni.

$350mx a night, non negotiable. Very expensive for what you get. no water or power at the Palapas. no hand basin in the bathroom. Hot Springs are excellent.

A very nice spot on the lake shore, plenty of flat space, calm, off the road, good wind protection from the forest. The owner allowed us to stay "as long as we want, just take care of the fire". The cows were not here (only their traces). We stayed here over Silvester / New Year, baked our snake bread and sausages. Plenty of birds, a fox, dolphins in the sea. We even could send / receive Whatsapp.

We arrived late at the toll gate. The policeman allowed us to stay for the night next to the booths, for free.
Next morning, the same policeman was there but with an additional ranger. He asked for a park fee for our kids (althrough it was free for kids 12h before) and also asked us to pay for the night. After some quiet discussions, we ended up with a fee (200 MRU note) for only 1 kid and a free nightcamp.

astrotour for 6000 clp pp starting at 21:30 h. tour with two different telescopes, an audio visual introduction and a cafeteria. the tour is mostly in Spanish, the English part is unfortunately too little.

Simple and clean campsite. We asked to use the washing machine but we're refused. The staff were busy all day doing the laundry from the cabanas and tents on site.
Toilet block was spotless with staff cleaning many times a day.
This is high season and the site was very busy with tents.
Pool was small but a welcome break from the heat.

Camping in the yard of the property (price 3000mk pppn), rooms rather expensive (around 30000-35000mk), food quite expensive as well comparing to other campsites in Malawi (breakfast 4.500mk, mains 4.000-6.000mk) and not so good - actually we ate the worst chicken curry ever here. We could leave our car for free in the parking while we were in the mountains what was nice. Not many options to stay in the neighbourhood so recommended for the night before start the hike.

A small sealed road leads for 600m to a paved space next to the River. Big enough for 2 or 3 big rigs. Quiet place. There is an old suspension bridge to cross the river.

We stayed three nights there and i recommand it !! You can park your car (or kombi) in a parking of the street.

Hot water good wifi owners very welcoming... We paid 10.000 peso par pers par night in a private room

Well equipped campsite to stay at before or after border crossing.

Secure gated property with a great covered cooking area with a stove, gas, and a counter and sink. There are also tables and chairs as well as water and plug in points.

The bathrooms were clean but didn't seem to have hot water when we were there, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Cost was 100 pula per person

Good place for a carwash, they took a lot of time cleaning the underneath of the car. Paid 200k for a very, very dirty Land Rover

Camping pequeno, simples, à beira do Rio Paraná. Lavatórios compartilhados tanto para higiene pessoal, quanto para lavagem de alimentos, vasilhas e roupas. Mosquitos, usamos repelente.

Average. Can't camp on beach. Camp sites are unromantic dusty bowls separated by token bush / fence. Dogs trashed the campsite the whole night making a huge mess of the rubbish bins and waking us up. Grubby bathrooms. But yes, water was hot.
