Good cafe in town with nice atmosphere. Good food, beers and music. Friendly owners. Perhaps the best spot in town for a night out and a good burger.

Amazing cafe with fab food. Spring rolls are chopped and placed in rice paper snd lots of lettuce leaves and herbs. You are given the ingredients and little bowls of sate sauce and you make food parcels and add satay. Amazingly fresh and good. Also had freshly orange juice. Cost 12 dollars for 4 people with freshly squeezed juices. (Opposite Home Ideal supermarket)

Open Parking until sunset, this is a waterfront park with lots of generous parking. Walking distance to marina bathrooms. Main street of Benicia is right there with lots of good shopping and restaurants.

The berm is the drainage ditch for the frontage road. Based on google satellite imagery, there are 3 potential paths to get to the campsite. We chose the eastern most one. The approach angle was ok on a Sprinter 170, but the rear dragged a bit even with a diagonal line. nNeeded 4x4 to get the vehicle moving since diagonal wheels did not have traction. The sites are relatively flat but I didn’t see any established campfire rings.

Height is 2.75 meter approx.
With our 2.95 campervan we could not pass through.
Tried the detour but stopped after the village as road too tough for a normal campervan.
Will try hitch hiking tomorrow to see the cave :)

A place to sleep on the side off the policie office. Quiet, calm and in front oficial the beach. Friendly policies. We were here in low season.
No facilities, just Water.

place to fix tyres. we just wanted to reduce to air pressure from the tyres. wanted 4000sh but it could be much cheaper, we paid 1000 sh

north to Chunya it becomes a gavel road.
don't need 4WD but lots of sharp stones. we drive around 40 kmh in avrege in the first 100km. after it is still a gravel and dirt road, we drove 60-80. it could be dificult in the rainy season because of the mud. north from Pangale is a paved road.

We could take the dog (on the leash)! They said there is also a tour at 5pm.

The place is overpriced. The cheapest option is 8 bed dorm for 27k on weekdays (30k on weekend). No discounts on longer terms, outside alcohol is prohibited (and here it costs 4000 for a club colombia), no power sockets near the beds... For 32k you can rent a nice room on airbnb, in condominium with a parking, laundry included.

We took a shower at this place.
Actually it's a public indoor pool, very friendly staff.

Very nice beach with lots of possibilitys to stay. Good to see the sea elephants (in season) so close !!

wild camping near the river but a much better place than the one 1 km. south east. Reason: road construction.

We stoped here for a night as cant make it to Cajas. Good place and very friendly. Nice chat with son of the owner. Paid 5 us for two.

A security guard didn't recommand to stay in this parking because there is apparently more insecurity and he suggested us to go down to an other walmart safer.

Large churrasceria with a small salat buffet and Argentinien meat - Bife Chorizo was delicious/100Bs incl french fries. Good local wine selection.

Organic and vegetarian food, “menu del dia” @ 4900 pesos, including fresh juice ...

After asking around I was told tourists can set up their tents inside the pavilion. My bicycle is inside with me.
There are bathrooms. With bucket flush.
There is a small stall with food just outside.
The doors are closed by the attendant at 21 an reopened at 7.

Got 5 for a bicycle but because he asked how much I was charged before and I said 5. I tried the passengers boat and they don't take bicycles. Passengers is 2 pp.

As described. 20 for a single with shared bathroom. Basic kitchen, electric shower head. I got my bike in the room with me. The attendant often leaves so it is possible to get there and be no one to get you a room or anything. Wi-Fi passable.

Parking on the street is free from 6pm to 8am, then you have to pay but has a 5 hour max. We woke up at 8 and moved to the pool parking lot. In the winter the pool is free but doesn't open until 9am. Winter this year started on Oct. 29 and you can find winter hours by googling the pool. Sreet parking was a little noisy, mostly with chatty joggers right outside starting at 5am and about every hour from there on.

The women's shower was warm, not hot. apparently the men's was hot. Shower areas have no roof so you get a cool outdoor garden vibe.

great place, you immediately become friends with Rene and Marion ... and other campers. we've come again and again!

We loved this place, too. We drove a little bit more down the road. Lots of space, grassy and sandy. Great view, nice birds. Peaceful. Totally quiet, just the sounds of the animals. The Araras Azul were still there from time to time, but 3. Be careful with the sand, but we guess it should be not a problem.

Camping is CLOSED - ground is for sale...
