Quite random street, but very close to the Pearl Brewery complex with many restaurants, very nice place! That is also where the public toilets are (we didn't see pit toilets). There is a sign that says parking is limited to 2 hours between 7am and 6pm, but I don't think anyone cares. In daytime you can park around the corner where there is no sign. It was also very quiet.

Good spot, we stayed there 3 nights with our 36ft rv (it's the maximum that can fit) so we paid for 2 spaces. A bit noisy during the day as there are the seaplanes taking off but it's not so bad and quiet during the night. It gets more full during week days than weekends. Very well located to visit Victoria.

very friendly service, easy in/out. pull up to the gate and someone comes right out. current (April 2019) price is 2.49$ per gallon.

This place is great! Pool, view from bar, happy hour, ablutions, pitches were all brilliant and well worth the money. $14pppn.

Pretty but very muddy and windy (in top of roof tent on car) despite dune shelter

Mountain pass to Plage Blanche, 37km took 3hours and only passable in 4bw with decent clearance- some sketchy moments at the beginning and dune driving at end. Bike should make it no problem.

cheap laundry. !But check your clothes before you leave! We just arrived and saw that the owner mixed ours with others. So we had another trouser and one socket more but missed a nightdress.
Not ironed all so we gave some parts to him and he had do it while we're waiting.

We stayed two nights here, very safe, noisy by trucks, clean toilets, cold showers

this is an area overlooking Lloyd's Lake just passed the day use parking area. there is room for about a dozen rigs in the paved area and several down the road a little further. this area has lloyds Lake on one side and mountain views on the other. there are paved roads from Monticello all the way to this site. in early April temps were in the 20's at night.

With the others travelers we felt safe. Windy... and quiet

There are two places, one at each side of the river. After the season it's officially closed for construction and improvements, but I asked Olivia at the restaurant (which is closed too) and she let me camp anyway. Dry camping to the right at the restaurant is 100 Pesos. At the other side in front of the Hotel it's 200 with palapas. Payed 40 pesos extra for the hot Shower.

This border is open but as of April 2019 the road on the Mozambique side is closed b/c of bridge destroyed by the Cyclone in March. Coming from either side, best to verify bridge status before making the journey. 60kms of very poor road to access the border on the Zimbabwe side.

Good spot to camp 50/pp. Place for parking all manner of vehicles. Showers and bathrooms are clean, but water is cold. Miguel the groundskeeper will lock up your bags in his shed while you are touring the ruins. Free WiFi at the cafe next to the museum

Short story : we successfully got our fixed US (1 3/4 ACME) tank filled quickly and professionally. 13l ish for 500 peso ish
Long story : arrived at 8 am (urgh) and after half an hour was told to return at 2pm. Returned at 2pm. Had to wait and wait for the truck to return which it finally did at 5pm at which point see short story. Also, cash only.
Overall good, but typical Latin American time required

Good altitude for acclimatisation when coming from the coast. Far enough from the road to keep the traffic noise acceptable. Not too much traffic in the night.

WiFi is working but very slow. It’s good enough for messages and mails and if you have time for downloading, too.

Very nice place to camp. I totally recommend the walk along the canyon.

Good shower with Hot water, no more facilities on the bathroom than shower and toilette.

We payed 150M$ per person. We didn’t have to pay for electricity, because we just needed it for our fridge. It’s a good spot for a few beach days, you have a lot of shade.

To much garbage everywhere, to much wind, not a lot of space to park... we thought this place was ugly and not worth it, we didn’t stay. If it’s not windy may be you can go down on the beach and pitch tent, it should me more nice

We really liked this place. It might be a bit run-down and the bathroom isnt the cleanest one but hot shower was great. Nice family, good location and great price (100 pp). Would stay there again

Beautiful hidden place we wouldn't have discovered if it wasn't for this app. Perfect for motorhomes, excellent grave road, close to the route, deafening silence. The views and trails like labyrinths are incredible. Must visit!

Amazing place to see Orcas hunting! We went to Punta Norte 5 times with high tide. Out of 5 high tides the Orcas came twice. Highly recommended, so amazing to see these animals!

Nico did it! When we told him that our additional diesel heating (Webasto) didn't work anymore, he said that he had never seen such a thing before. In spite of that he said he would have a look at it. We had outside temperatures around zero degrees during the nights and also during the day it was very cold and windy. So we needed the heating really urgently to prevent the water from turning to ice. And Nico did it! He studied the system, got a clue of its function very quickly, drove to an electrician to check the pump and to a shop to buy a new filter and in the end everything was working properly again. Best experience so far in South America. The fact that Nico speaks English decently made it all very easy for us.
