wonderful spot on fire rd 688 in the Kaibab national forest.nice and flat, very large. Our 40ft class A fits with ease. pines,brush and grass. Tons of firewood laying everywhere.

Found this little oasis in the desert, located about 200 yards from the Amargosa Valley rest stop. Showers for non residents are $5. The host was very friendly. Laundry facility in the same building. $1.50 to wash!

Pull out off road, would be a place to sleep for the night if needed. I didn't see any others out here so I wanted to add it. Did not stay.

The regular gas is 21.90 here today. I filled up, they were friendly.

Decent spot tucked way back into the prairies off the main road. Absolutely no noise besides the wind. The 10miles of dirt road, from 36, you take to get here is currently in fantastic condition, no ruts or potholes anywhere. Pit toilets are clean and stocked with TP. Plenty of room for multiple rigs. 3-4bars Verizon 4GLTE, fast enough to stream.

Definitely not permanently closed. It's a state run rest area with bathrooms, dump station, potable water, and plenty of places to park.

Standard Walmart parking lot. There were a couple other campers along with my van.

Water spigot with a nice fenced in grass area for dogs. Spigot is outside of the grass area and easily accessible

These guys are open 7 days a week and are first come first serve, no appointments. Just passing through and needed my brakes and rotors done on my Sprinter.
He can get 30’ motor homes on his lift.
Very accommodating. Adam is a great guy and the price was reasonable.

Amazing staff! Great campground, clean and hot showers and really nice views over the river!

Lovely place to camp! Was pretty busy on a Saturday night, but there’s lots of space to park away from other (sometimes noisy) campers. There were some people racing soon buggies and other vehicles late at night, but with a white noise app and closed windows we were able to sleep no problem. Best feature is the amazing view of the stars & city lights at night! (Photo attached) plus there are some camp fire rings you can use too :) highly recommend

Security told us we couldn't park overnight so we asked walmart staff and their boss said he couldn't give us permission to stay but if we decided to stay it was at our own risk. No security at night and police didn't turn up.

nice beach with clear blue water, family friendly and not too much rubbish, pretty busy on Sunday though. We couldn't stay pass 6pm as army and police arrived to the parking lot and started to kick everyone out with sirens

This is true recreational land - tons of ATV’s, motorbikes and guns all over, at all times of day. I stayed here for the convenience to town and saw no other campers. 2-3 bars Verizon LTE.

I asked the attendant if I could use their spigot and he said yes. However they have a fancy bolt on it I couldn’t get off.

Same as a description. Quiet site near to the lake. Toilet and 2 bars internet 3G.

Nice quite campsite near a little pond. Very easy to access. Has trash cans, a porta potty, and some sites even have level concrete pads

great little dump station in camp Verde Arizona off of flat Finney road right across from the AutoZone $15 for black dump and $5 for freshwater $1 a bag for trash.

Part of a new development this place has picnic areas by the lakes and nice clean bathrooms. There is security driving around all the time. Not very polite but when they finally understood that we are not setting up a ground tent camping they were fine. For some unknown reason to us, we where not allowed to sit next to our car, only in it

Our friend recommended this place so we came here for happy hour. We got the nachos, wet burrito, & the wings. Everything was so delicious. We watched the sunset right from the hot tub & met other fellow travelers. This is a great spot!

East Mesa Trailhead and parking is BLM LAND (“day use” but rangers don’t check). Stayed 2 nights off peak season, no issue. Don’t start a fire, pack out your trash and be quiet.

Ignore the “private property” signs coming in. They apply to the easement and are trying to coerce tourists to take their shuttle, eat their food and stay at their “resort”

This place gets rowdy on the weekends. Navigate just past the wash to get away from the noise. There is a network of bumpy trails best to walk around on foot and scope it out so you can get deeper away from the masses that congregate near the entrance. Illestadvised IG

One stop shop! Laundry, shower & gas. Showers are 60 peso per person. You get your own room with toilet, sink, mirror, bench & shower. Water is hot & our rooms were clean every time we went.

Dry lake bed. We headed to the West side of the lake to avoid as much of the wind as we could. There are brand new fire pits and picnic benches. You can camp anywhere However. Great spot no one around.

super nice small camp run by a lovely family. toilets, shower and camp is super clean an calm. restaurant opens on request. Price in 04/2022: 100 lira per night.
