There is a water-tap, but at this moment no water comes out.
There is also a BBQ and a (roofed) sitting area with benches and tables.

Expensive with 2000 per basket, undefined weight. Only wanted to sell full monty with drying and folding. Another one down the road was 2300 per basket. We went somewhere else.

We stayed 3 nights. Very quiet and beautiful setting.

We stayed two nights in our Troopy. Pocholo was a fabulous friendly host. We had coffee whenever we felt like it, wifi great, breakfast was lovely. Paid 40,000 per night for camping including breakfast. (Was 30,000 without breakfast)The hostel is lovely and clean, kitchen very good and there’s a washing machine if you need it. Not a lot of shade but we had our own and the verandah is beautiful.

Road is all clear and from this town onwards to Lalibela is the most stunning scenery and mountain passes

Wouldn’t classify it as luxury at all but it’s basic and clean. Charged is 450 BIRR for 2 people In a room with double bed. They will not allow same sex people or unmarried people to share a room. Food basic but ok. Charged us 75 BIRR for a plate of spaghetti and sauce. Good for a stopover as no camping options available on this route.

This place comes highly recommended. Gloria and Albeiro are very welcoming and extremely helpful with any matter. It is very enjoyable for kids. The area is huge to play around and the dogs and cats are always an attraction. Little Snoopy was the favorite.

Lovely deck, friendly staff, bad road to get there. Not ideal for RTT - you have to park/camp over the road in the car park alongside the resort staff.

Confirmed: signs are posted about the amoebas. Relatively quiet spot, I see a couple of cars camped around the area. Dark and secluded. The water was pretty warm, but got colder as the night went on. I overheard that they are draining the upper pool at the campground further up the road and refilling it, hence the drop in temps. I was told the water is actually H O T during the day. Also: there are power lines directly overhead the upper pool, zapping and popping away, which slightly takes away from being outdoors. The views of the sierras before it got dark were amazing.

our second-best option for food on this island. very delicious food, good prices (around 8-12 USD per plate), clean facilities and good wifi.

we had a huge portion of fish'n'chips and a fish burger and paid 19.50 usd.

one of the most professional dive centers I've been to. Jojelo is a really friendly and experienced dive instructor and runs his shop with his wife Wendy.

we dove 4 times with them and we were treated like kings and queens.

equipment in really good shape, great boat charters, efficient service, attentive while diving in groups of 4 (not of 6 like in other companies), funny mood all-day long

all-in-all extremely recommendable! would dive here again and even do another certification.

they also offer 360 tours and so on. their connections on the island are worth every penny. they might have a bit of a higher price, but you'll feel the difference in the quality of the service, food, drinks, efficiency and hospitality.

just in case you wanna camp, bring tons of mosquito repellent. there are tons of aggressive tabanas / horseflies

The camping field is behind a lovely old, refurbished pub, with limited numbers in the field to avoid crowding and informal pitches on grass. Their are two additional converted shepherd huts offering private showers & toilets. Brand new shower and toilet shepherds hut and washing up area. Fire pits for hire. £12 a night per pitch at the time of writing which is fantastic value for Dorset.
With five acres of gardens & orchard, the Gaggle is set within a beautiful rural location in Dorset, surrounded by woodland trees and a stream running alongside. Very peaceful and beautiful walks from the village.

Wanted to stay here but they wouldn’t answer their phone, and when I went to visit the website it said suspended, we didn’t want to drive all the way there and risk it being closed. I did see signs for it on the highway so probably still operating

We were apprehensive about camping here having read the OverLander reviews, but our experience was very pleasant. Yes, it’s a little rundown, but no more than the average lodge / camping and the team are clearly making an effort to keep things clean. Staff were very friendly. They showed us around the grounds, opened up a room for us to have a shower in (clean with hot water) and allowed us to pick any spot we wished in the grounds to camp on. We ended up in the middle front of the lawn, overlooking the Zambezi: it was perfect. Best view we’ve had whilst camping. 100kwa pppp.

Quiet place very nice for free. there is a little kiosco next to the place if you want to buy something very basics.

Really quiet spot at night. Occasionally cars from the gardening club drove by, but later at night it was completely empty. I was not bothered by police and the night was a great rest. There were woods on the side of the road. Excellent spot

In the evening it starts to get windy, which results to be a storm during the night. (Probably due to the thermic in the Valley?!)

@People with a rooftent: WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO OVERNIGHT HERE! We did not sleep one minute because we feared our rooftent would be ripped off during the storm!!!!!
Looks safe during the day, but dangerous at night!

Small workshop with a very nice, helpful guy named Shota. He helped us fixing a flat punctured tire. But they can also organize new tires.
Price for fixing was 35GEL. Took us less than 30 minutes.
Top: Shota speaks a bit English, Russian and Georgian.He gave us his phone number in case we need more help.

Very nice house/hostal. Paid 60mil a night in a 3 bed room to myself with a/c. Kitchen for use. Owners are friendly and helpful. The wifi was un-usable. Spent two nights waiting for the rain to pass.

Reliable garage for all brands. Also for complex operations. You are allowed to stay with your car when the mecanics work on it. If necessary they work on Saturday and Sunday. Eddy is the friendly owner. His number is +264811296769.

Really a lovely place with a friendly family. We loved it here. We had our own private little jetty area, screened-off from the restaurant area by low palms. Lovely views across the channel and sitting out watching the lanchas passing. Kayaks can be rented to paddle down to the main lagoon) mangroves. Toilet/shower are basic but reasonably clean. Our truck is 6m x 2.2m x 3.3m and just fit comfortably between the palms; much bigger might have a problem to get waterside, but the is also a huge car-park area for parking up and walking through to the waterside. 100$ for 2 people.
