Fantastic community sports center with swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, showers, WiFi, playground, gym.... we payed 18$ for the hole family/ 1 day.

Camping with cottages and places for a rather small number of tents, caravans and campers. Each place is surrounded by hedges. Swimming pool next to campground (extra fee). Adequate showers and toilets, but only one dish washing sink (in the ladies section) and no laundry facilities. Good WiFi.

We came here at 09:00. After the first visit we drove to customs to fill out our carnet. Then we had to wait for the escort to come. About 5 hours. You can stay in a room yourself. You can also stay with the levies. We watched football and cricket. Got tea and lunch (14:00) potato and bread. They are all very nice and relax.

Drive about 1.5 km north of the village of Dobrevo on a narrow paved road. There’s a track in the grass up the hillside on your left at these GPS points. You could camp by the road. Or, better, with 4x4 follow the track another 250-500 meters to a relatively flat spot higher up. Not good for a ground tent because it’s not perfectly flat. Wildflowers. Beautiful. There is a generator running across the valley, but it becomes white noise in the background. A man with a donkey and two dogs came around 8am to cut wood behind us. He stayed about 30 minutes and was friendly.

Campground were flooded from the heavy rainfalls. The host showed us a dry site with shelter so we could cook outside our car. Old but clean facilites. Nobody arround in off-season. Price is still 25 reais pp.

Took us 3 hours due to the large groups of refugees. We asked the police/aduana in camo outfit (that gives instructions when you arrive) and he let us thru the main door. Security guard will not be willing to help. Waiting does not help.
Feels bad to "skip line" but with pasports we have a different process and were done within 30mins. People in the building are helpfull and the guys for the TIP for Ecuador are really friendly and funny.

Neat little restaurant and hospedaje with a huge fenced parking lot. Super friendly owner. The parking lot would be suitable for big rigs but getting around the tight corner at the entrance gate might be a challenge. Give it a try, turning around is not a problem. Toilets with buckets are available and bucket showers cost COP 2.000.
We paid COP 10.000 for our car and 2 people. Another group here paid COP 20.000 for their car and 4 people.

How to get there: drive through Cabo towards Punta Gallinas and it is the very last place in town on the right hand side.

Bonus: Excellent restaurant.

Cool cafe with good healthy food and creekside/backyard seating area. Right beside the husky station!

2.4m clearance to cross the bridge.
Super quiet! The view is beautiful and the sound of the water flowing in the river is beautiful.
There are public bins there, no fresh water around though.

is a honest mechanic. he check our car, our power was loosing liquid, he repair the car for 200 pesos. Nice man.

Small and basic campsite with ageing but clean facilities. 20 or so minutes from border with Russia and a with a lakeside position

Parking lot on the Seaplane base. Quiet. Beautiful view on the fjord with the plane.

Nice campground inside the park. $28 for unpowered site. Hot showers, Picknick tables and fire pits

park on the highway 1 roadside (its legal) not in the parking lot. the parking lot has a fee.
no overnight parking. must leave parking lot by 8pm and roadside by 10pm. though the officer i spoke to said some cops ignore it if parked roadside.
very nice place to spend the day and freshen up. i got lucky and swam with dolphins!

2 places near route 118. You can go there with a rv. But if you follow the Road you get to the pond. There are 3 places. No Road noice on the pond and in the woods. You cant get to these places with an rv.

Quiet at night but lots of mosquitoes!!!

great, safe and beautiful municipal park. bbq and 220 outlets. free. love argentina! unfourtunally too cold to stay more days in winter..

Came here round 6 pm and we where alone. It was monday. After 9 pm came the next one en After than others. It was quiet. Good stay

On the outside of this turn there s a small spot probably 3-4m down a little downhill.
plenty of space for your bike and your tent. fireplace and privacy. the spot is accessible only by bikes or motorcycles. if you dont feel adventurous you can leave your bike up and walk down. you can still keep an eye on it from the spot. lots of flies now so make sure you have nets repellent and a nice tent. they go to sleep at night though.

Very relaxed border crossing with friendly officers as described. We crossed on a Monday morning and it was not too busy. It was pretty fast since they have migration for both countries in the same building, in total it took us 1h 15 min. but most of the time was for the copies and waiting in line. You can bring tons of copies but you always need the page of the Exit stamp in your passport.

We stayed one night and paid 100L without electricity. I asked at the reception for a shower but the guy said they offer only the toilets at the reception (open until 10pm) for overlanders. Later I asked the night guard who comes around 7pm about a shower and he was very kind and opened a room for us to shower. We even got hot water.

We didn't need a reservation. They have a few more campsites now. 143 sites in total. Many right at the water. I would say it's not one of these awful RV-Only-Campsites but obviously you won't be alone either. Definitely good for a night, especially if you wanna check out Kelowna.

Our spot (no hook up) came with a fire bin and a picnic table. The bathrooms include showers and there is a nice beach. We paid 35$ in high season.

Paid €25 for modern double room with good ac and private bathroom. Kitchen available to use which was very clean. Laundry service €5 per 5kg. Fast WiFi! We stored our bicycles in the locked car park.

Nice established campground right off Highway 1. 12 CAD per night, fire rings, free firewood, pit toilets, shelter. A few sites right by the lake, others in the woods. Some road noise, but gets quiet at night. Good T-mobile cell service. Water is available but needs to be boiled for at least 10 min.

Staying at the side. Had a good large pizza 250. Clean toilets. -8 outside tonight...battery of the kombi flat this morning- the staff were not very helpful in giving us a push start. Strange- people have been so friendly until now-not your usual Argentina hospitality.

Camped here 3 days with our RV, really nice and quiet. Close from the Carrera with all the restaurants, bars and businesses. Ask the guard if you need water.

At the western end of the bridge there are pullouts on both sides of the highway and also beneath the bridge. Tracks also lead away from the cleared areas and there are open spaces in the forest that will take big rigs such as the one marked here which is far enough away that traffic noise is insignificsnt.
