Brilliant hotel. We negotiated down $25 a room from $50 without breakfast. Very nice modern hotel. Great staff very clean and a great view over Kigali.

As the termal bath has closed from January to April we needed a place to stay near. We found this flat space in the opposite of the little quiet cementario. A local came by and greeted us...so seems to be fine.

We checked EVERY place in town, and this was by far the best (cheapest too). If your looking for a busy touristic atmosphere this isn’t the place for you. Very kind and helpful hosts. Quiet place without the backpacker vibe everywhere else. We paid 1500 for a private room, and private bath (separate from the room) Hot water, good wifi, and a small kitchen to use. You can pay extra to have breakfast included but not worth it in our opinion. Maybe cheaper in slow season.

Good stop over place! All the facilities are there. Whole place looks very neat. Price 90pula pp.

great camp. lots of elephants, zebras and a couple giraffes. driving the path further is it's own game drive. lots of animal noises at night. hard to relax outside the truck once dark

Really, really beautiful and quiet place. Only cows in the morning coming by. Had a great time here

es un poco difícil de llegar pero es un lugar muy interesante.
un río que brota de la tierra pero calientico. d para mirar los nevados e estar en un lugar hermoso y sin nadie.
pero es poco fundo y asi difícil de entrar todo el cuerpo, agua no tan caliente como yo esperaba.
da para passar una noche o dos parqueado cerca, llegamos fines de tarde y no había ningún. no hay nadie cerca. hace frío en la noche.

We asked to the guard if we could stay, no problem, but depends of the season and of the guy. No fire, no tent. Bathroom with plugs open all night long.

secu parking for start the trail of Shapur cave, the owner is stonemason, he lives and works here, you can see his creation in his mini gallery. the place is clean with toilette and young eucalyptus for little shadow. good seen on the Valley. stay for the night with truck , i think is no problem for tent , ideal to visit the différents historical site officiel Bishapur

the last bit if road is rough but not too bad, however, when you get to this location ... fabulous. park on the grass next to the lake, amazing! So many birds, peaceful. Food and cold drinks at good prices. I paid 20 cedi per night for van and 1 person. if you're looking for a break come here. It may get busy on weekends but during the week, pure bliss.

Now is 45 bs pp, is ok for the price, hot shower, the pwner tells you only to take 5-10 minutes, which i think its ok because you are in a desert, anyway, internet is slow and he changed the password after check out, so if you wanna stay in the living room you can do it with no internet xd...

Amazing place. Fair prices, good variety, everything fresh made on order, some fried stuff but all the normal sushi you like. Really the best sushi in Chile so far.

This place is excellent! I need led someone to grind off the tabs on my seat tracks in my van. He did the job and then when the seat got stuck (because I neglected to to take out some small plastic bearings) he spent an hour helping me fix the problem. Super friendly and very very affordable

Lindas cataratas de agua cristalina. Se llega por un sendero que dura una hora y media aproximadamente dependiendo el camino que uno tome. Se puede ir por el camino de emergencia, en el cual en ningún momento se cruza el río, es decir uno va por lo alto.O podes ir por abajo donde toca cruzar el río 4 veces lo cual se torna por momentos bastante difícil ya que el río es fuerte. La entrada sale 5 soles.

On the main road in direction of Thailand, you can find a small dirty road on your right that goes down to the gps coordinates. A lot of place for camping but land is really dry (as safari) and not so many trees. In the night the road is quiet.

We spent two nights here in a studio. It really is lovely and the breakfast is outstanding. Very expensive but in our opinion worth it.

Huge place to stay by the river, not noisy. very good stop after crossing thé border. Highly recommended.

stayed one weekday night here, we felt safe. there is a working shower and sink. the weekend is busy with locals.

we stayed here for carneval. parked our sprinter camper van in the entrance to the hostal infront if their garage. we used showers, wc and the fridge. our solar panels were in the shadow of the tree. fast wifi. 200.000cop/24h. dormitory 200.000cop pp. only so expensive at carneval!

We changed our tire here since we had a flat. The guy only speaks Spanish and is really nice! He repaired our tire for 5000 pesos

There was brush clearing in the area for fire prevention so trails were closed for hiking and biking. Close to town and there were lots of spots to choose from.

Great spot to kick back for a few days (or to return to again later!). Open large beach with lots of other friendly Overlanders. Safe. Great surf break.

Along this road (deep sand) plenty of spots to wild camp. We stayed for one night and nobody passed.

We just arrived here when the police came. We were not to sure if this spot was save and they told us it is not. they were worried about us staying here and asked us to sleep somewhere else. they told us that there is criminal activity in this area. We were allowed to sleep in front of the police office or the gate. We chose the second and they brought us there. At the gate was save but can not recommend it.

Just as described before, it’s a convenient place for staying overnight in your van.
No one bothered us. We had a quiet night.

We spent 2 nights here, great for kids to explore the park as there is so much space and so few people at least during weekdays. No hot showers though but if your cord is long enough you can hook up up to 3 rigs to the power from the restrooms. 30$ per adult per night for camping and 10$ for entrance, following nights are at 25$ per pax per night.There is a small shop selling snacks and drinks only so bring your food and water.

Affordable supermarket open till 9pm on your way to the campsites and hostel around the area
