Good spot for the night. Fair amount of highway noise, but no problems. WiFi was not working when I was there (could connect to it but no internet).

Great camping if you’re really a camper...no hook ups for RVs! $8 cash only for great sites on the Lost Coast trail head. Only 15 sites so it probably fills up. We got there early in the day from Shelter Cove, a 2-2.5 hour drive. There is no water and decent drop toilets. Can’t beat the price or location.

Came to this spot and the sign in the parking lot was labeled no camping. We decided to move onto Hoosier Ntnl. Forest

Just off the road, spent night here with a 32 foot trailer and small horse trailer. Yes we are traveling with a pony.

1 night here so far, quiet but little dumpy as the locals come here to rock climb and dump trash.

Amazing local little family run cafe! If you are willing to be patient- the pizza is amazing and made from scratch (hence the need for patience) and the milkshakes were some of the best I’ve ever had (Raspberry delight was soooo good). It was lovely 10/10

Nice old time RV resort. Seems like it has all the amenities including a small camp store. Friendly. They let us pull up and park in a non-designated spot overlooking the water, probably because there were only a few other campers and we didn’t need any hook ups. One bar of T-mobile. Imagine bugs would be bad in the summer, only a few mosquitoes now. Would return. $20/night

Hiked down with my mom, definitely a long hike but it was worth it.

BEAUTIFUL + SECLUDED. This was definitely one of our favorite spots. Barely anyone out on the beach during the week when we were here and the sand is packed down enough that we had no problems with our 2WD Promaster. Great Verizon reception as well (we also have a booster).

we stayed 2 nights there, 100 pesos each, big rv (3,20 high), horrible to get there with a big camper! a few meter in the street we saw 3 other ranches with way better roads after we left :P - better check them first ;)
the place was beautiful and the bathrooms were super new and stylish. there should be a restaurant but it was closed a while ago, a person with a cooling box sold some drinks and snacks.

This is a great place to spend a few days. Quiet, beautiful and nice spots with picnic tables and grills. The only thing was Hoyt came by the next morning after I got in late Thursday evening. Campers can’t park right on the water between the dam and the bridge. There were complaints from local fisherman. So not sure how much longer this place will be free or even allow campers. There are quite a few places to park on the other side of the dam but there are a lot of dead trees with falling limbs so be careful where you park.

Mostly a day-use place with a pool, playground, picnic area, store, and restaurant, they also have an area for tent camping with a fire pit and tables.

I stayed here with a tent on my motorcycle. You might be able to park a van here, too.

Charged me 150 pesos to set up my tent.

The bathroom near the camping area was in bad condition. I saw that they have bathrooms near the restaurant, but they were not open when I was there.

Indeed, there's a fuel station there! No problem to fill up our tank and we could pay with our Mastercard. Closed between 12:30 and 2PM and after 5:15PM.

It's a beautiful place to spend some time, but be prepared for the wind! There's some trees to shelter, could be tricky with a big rig but there's also a big open space. Good for tent too, grass and bushes to get protection. There are some fire rings, but quiet dangerous with this wind, and pit toilets "homemade" behind a dark "curtain". No problem without 4WD. We also saw tree foxes!

Absolute rip-off. Charged $100 a night but failed to mention at check in that this did not include electricity in the rooms (they had ceiling lights but no plugs) nor that the water pressure was atrocious.. Not more than a slight dribble of water which cut out entirely for 5 minutes during my shower.

Location is beautiful and views from terrace are great. Road out to hôtel is gravel and some sand.. No issues for a car or an adv bike, possibly a tad challenging for a big cruiser but manageable.

I would not stay here again.

One of the quietest streets in central Tucson to sleep. Absolutely perfect for the night. No signs about parking on that street, all fences and back wall of shopping center. (Not sure why the previous poster disliked it so strongly...)

Got water today, easy and friendly people. The spigot is right outside in front of the building. We attached our hose to it using our "water bandit" because it is just a straight pipe. At first it looked like it was closed but the man running the store next door apparently runs the purificada also.

Big truck stop with plenty of parking in the far back near the water tower. Easy to park in between unhooked trailers for extra privacy. Please be mindful of truckers since their rest time is regulated by law (I'm one of them).
