Big Camping with all facilities, but expensive: we payed 670 pesos for 2px plus camper. And the pool costs extra... nice staff though.

Danny is a skilled moto mechanic for any brand and especially for bigtrails & Co. It#s hard to find a good mechanic for big bikes. This is a small chaotic place with a very friendly and helpful staff. Danny repaired our KTM 690 Enduro forks professionally and fixed our disk brakes which were kinda loose. He has good connections and managed to find original KTM parts for the forks in Lima from where they were shipped within 1 day. Highly recommended place.

Place it’s ok, not a lot of camping space, unless you have a roof tent, but the rooms are ok for 6000CFA

Great spot, friendly guards! There’s even a little tarp roof to hang out under and a port-a-potty. You hear the power lines buzzing, which is a little unsettling, but overall a good we experience!

Muy bonito lugar para ir a acampar con todas las comodidades del caso, seguro y silencioso. En la parte de abajo hay un establo muy bonito. Los dueños Juan y Juan Elias son extremadamente amables y muy serviciales, es como estar visitando familia en la ciudad.

Camped up the road past the White Mesa trails parking lot. Be careful of the tribal land. We had found a wide spot on a side road browsing google maps, but found a no trespassing sign and the road blocked... went up the main road a bit further and say public land signs and side roads not blocked.

Good camping to stay, nice host Gabriel, got warm shower, was easy to find. Silent place, stayed one night.

Basic room, 2 double beds Q150, big, plenty of space for our bicycles - you’d probably get motorbikes in, too! The ‘suicide’ shower in our room wasn’t wired up. Otherwise as described - big lot. Pretty sure you could negotiate pitching your tent on the grassy bit at the back. This is a big bus intersection, and there are masses of comedores and tiendas, a huge ferreteria too, right outside on the road.

Lovely place. Cecile and Kevin gave us a warm welcome. Not much to add to the Stories below except that our truck is 3,20m high and fits perfectly. So If the grass is not to wet a big rig fits as well.

Nothing has changed. “Grass” was totally dried out during the dry season. Nice level camping area with shade trees if they had more leaves—I guess that would be after the rains. Price was dropped to 800Ksh pppn—well, this was the off-season, and we were the only guests. A pleasant surprise was the price of beer dropping from 300 to 250 after I remarked on the cost :-) There’s a pool too!
Less funky but more expensive than Sau Tsavo; great to have a choice in Voi. Certainly, both places have very friendly staff. Btw, Sau T had no beer on hand, but they would be able to get some easily.

Great place for overlanders, backpackers and travelers in general. Much space for cars, vans and bikes. Very nice staff, clean and lovely place. Enjoyed my stay there very much and stood longer than planned. Definitely a recommendation.

Plenty of spots to boondock in the area. Seems to be a dumping area so there's a lot of trash which is sad. Please don't add to it and leave it cleaner than you found it. Beautiful sunset. Very windy. Free, no amenities.

South of the lake is at the top of a hill a watch out building. Open on 2 sides, so it gave us a good protection against the hard wind. You can park your car in the front. There are peace glass of the ground. The view is wonderful. The lake is a bit cold but good for a swim.

Charged $15 USD for two people and two dogs to camp in the vehicles (didn’t technically ask about the dogs.) Access to bathrooms, but not shower/pool/etc. We just got in after dark but it has large, spacious grounds with a restaurant/bar and pizzeria. Not a bad splurge, plus it’s the closest spot to the wave!
