it could be a nice place but.
300 pesos without showers.
toilets only when the restaurant is open, no wifi.
so it's a little bit over price for what you get.
just a paid wild camp ......

Really beautiful Cenote with crystal clear waters. The palapa had benches and tables. We were there on a Thursday and for the longest time we were by ourselves. We showed up at 10am and left at 5 (it's open from 7-5). The price is now 30 pesos per person. At around 1 another couple showed up and stayed till 5, and around 2:30-3 a group of 4 guys popped in for an hour. The water is deep and not cold (75°f). We spent a great day there. Everyone packed all their garbage out. Please do the same. Also, please not that the road in is quite rough because it is just the limestone from the area. It's quite doable with two wheel drive, but go slowly if you want to preserve your shocks.

Better enough for their region, small but for big rigs it’s ok, almost quiet not 24h but cold potable water , duchas till 22h and wifi : just ask the password.

Not a problem for access, just don’t drive all the way to the beach.
We drove F350 and truck camper.
Turn at the road across from the colourful house and then there are a few different paths to follow with spots along them.
We stayed two nights and had LOTS of wind.
Walk to town is long but we did it there and back.
Beach is rocky but there are bars close just down the beach.

Very good place to eat in Candelaria's zone. Like homemade. They let us enter with our dog. 8500 with soup and 7500 without soup. Quiet place also, no music or TV. Nice 😊

Awesome dog beach along Florida’s east coast. It is really hard to find anywhere to take your dog to the beach along this coast but this one is great. It is also an OFF LEASH beach so your dog can run and play with friends, play some fetch or go for a swim in the ocean. What a great place for the dogs.

Make sure you have enough petrol to go on the Ethiopian site. Maybe it‘s hard to find a Petrolstaition with Petrol.
It also can happen you will need a paper from the government for to get petrol, because of shortich.
But it should get better now.

Dorm bed in the trailer 300 pesos, camping 200. Beds inside more. Worth the extra 100 to get out of the wind! Decent kitchen, good hot showers, good vibes. Lots of cyclists.

Ok place. Each camping area is very far from each other, so if you want a calm place it is better to stay here than in the other camp at the park entrance. if you want more interaction the other seems to be better for that. I stayed here because you can go for the hikes after the park closes, and i arrived late.

Pretty views of the mountains and a crystal clear sky! The road up only suitable for AWD/4x4. Instead of joining other campers at the end of the road, we decided to find ourselves a more private place a little further back. There's a murky river in the valley, but a bit far away for easy access.

Huge parking area. Nice place. Nice river to swim. Super friendly local comunity. Great under the week.

Big rigs must park up beside the WC.

Light vans, bikes can stay beside the river.

stayed 3 nights instead of 1, which i had originally in mind. That alone should be Feedback enough. price is 45 full service with plenty of food and hikes...IT doesnt matter If you Come alone or in a group.
I liked the ideal of guided hiking, secure parking and 3 meals a day. the price is what it is and if you dont want to spend that sum, then dont go there. If there, also ask for the New Hike...IT is worth it.
IT is also a good way to Support the local community and my recommendation is to give the guides (except for hassan) some tip or equipment.
the place definitely has my recommendation. ..

Small campement close to Chez Clara and next to Le Lamatin at Pointe Saint-Georges.
Run by Jaques Andre Diatta and family. Phone: 00221 77 420 44 86. / 00221 77 563 77 20. Mail to: [email protected]
Not quite finished yet but the only campement where we could pass the entrance with our small truck ( 3.70 x 2.30 x 6.20) We parked right next to the river and ate great meals (4000 CFA) cooked by the family.
Toilet is European style but there is no running water, just buckets.
The dirt track to Pointe Saint Georges is under construction. The bigger part is still deep sand. Starting point is Kagnout, west of Mlomp.
In case you want to stay a while, make sure to bring enough veggies and fruit with you.
Great place, we spent two weeks there.

The only option in the village, but it is quite nice. Secure parking, hot water, and a few comedor nearby. Initial price was very hight, but just raising an eyebrow and asking for a lower price, I got a room for 200 lemp.

Fantastic place run by a very welcoming and helpful Colombian family - and boy can they cook! Location is easy to find, on the main road, but felt very secure and was pretty quiet. At the far end of the property is a great view of the shoreline and the sunset was beautiful. We really enjoyed the food, and the restaurant was immaculately clean - a much higher standard than most of the places we’ve seen so far in Peru. Highly recommended.
